Robert Magallanez, RN and Chief Medical Officer
Robert Magallanez is the co-owner of Valley Wellness & Aesthetics. He has over 13 years of expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss programs, Peptide therapy, and neurotoxins, including Botox and Dysport. He holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Gateway College. Robert has been attending regenerative medicine conferences since 2010 to stay current with the latest advancements in medicine.
By adopting a holistic approach, Robert optimizes both body and mind. His comprehensive approach includes blood work, vitamins, hormones, and supplements to enhance the well-being of his patients. Discover his passion for improving health and wellness which is evident in his dedication to his practice.
Driven by passion to help people, Robert decided to open his own practice to provide honest, high-value patient care. All his patients receive an offering of personalized treatments and a supportive environment.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and playing golf.

Business Development Officer
Nayda Falette is the co-owner and Business Development Officer of Valley Wellness & Aesthetics. She brings over fourteen years of experience in the medical industry. She holds a Bachelor's in Business from Arizona State University and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University.
Nayda has a passion for helping people and providing personalized, honest customer service, dedicated to serving her community. Patients benefit from her extensive experience including managing hormone treatment, pain management, and aesthetic clinics, as well as outpatient treatment center settings.
Through her wholistic approach, Nadya seeks to enhance the lives of others with high-quality care. She strongly believes in continuous quality improvement standards to elevate patient safety and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Her dedication to excellence in healthcare is evident in every aspect of her work.
Alex Lyons, FNP & Medical Director
Alex Lyons is an Arizona native and a McClintock High School Alumni. She earned a Bachelor’s in Nursing degree at Arizona State University, then spent 11+ years working as a home hospice nurse all over the valley. Her wellness education includes a Master’s in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and she is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with primary care experience. Alex is also passionate about regenerative medicine and is dedicated to advancing this field to improve patient outcomes.
In her spare time, Alex loves reading, paddle boarding on the Salt River, the Phoenix Suns, and high school football games, and being active outside with her two young boys, Jaxon and Max and husband Jason.Â
Britanny Elmore, Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Brittany Elmore is a passionate and skilled Cosmetic Nurse Injector with a dedication to helping patients feel confident, empowered, and beautiful. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Carrington College and is driven to deliver refined, transformative results while striving to become one of the best in the field.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Brittany brings both heart and precision to her work. She believes in enhancing natural beauty and creating personalized treatment plans that leave each patient feeling confident and refreshed.
Outside of work, Brittany is a proud Chiefs fan who loves traveling the world, especially to beach destinations, shopping, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
Nikki Keep, Licensed Aesthetician
